The base cooldown for Titan Rally barricade and Tower barricade are wrong For example rally barricade that I tested on void titan: Tier 2: 1m 30s Tier 3: 1m 21s Tier 4: 1m 17s Tier 5: 1m 14s Tier 6: 1m 8s Tier 7: 1m 3s Tier 8: 58s Tier 9: 53s Tier 10: 48s I don't know if this is intended or not , but the base cooldown is never 38 seconds like the base cooldown says in-game ? For example hunters marksman dodge is 29 seconds on base cooldown on Tier 1, which is correct and the cooldown decreases all the way to Tier 10. Either fix the cooldown or correct the displaying base cooldown to its actual value in-game.
