As a possible fix, try deleting the Lightfall DLC from your storage and installing it again. Bungie is aware players are having issues with digital game licenses.

Please see the below Tweet for information regarding this possible issue. The platform deals with digital licenses to game expansions and such. -
I already talked to microsoft, they said I owned the content but "the bonuses" of the annual pass arent on my account and only bungie can add them onto it, hence, the case number. Bungie recently tweeted about these licensing issues and that THEY were fixing them
