Just a question and to inform as far I am aware when radiant you can pierce barriers but can I get a clarification if you have overload smg and proc radiant I though you could pierce barriers but not stun overloads until it goes away with an smg unless that is not possible and the artifact overrides this. Please clarify, I was using Submission(Adept) on Hunter
