I can't seem to matchmake with anyone. I tried doing Dares of Eternity, twice (normal mode, so matchmaking is on), I load in solo. I spawn in the tower, nobody there. I spawn into the open world, nobody. Doing activities everything seems to be off. Spawns are delayed in lost sectors, completions of activities aren't instant. Clearly something isn't right.
