Bungie store: Digital items still not received (emblem codes)

I purchased a few physical items from the Bungie store and some of them came with free emblem codes. It has been 4 days since I received confirmation of my order. Usually the free emblem codes I receive within a few hours via email but I still haven’t had any email with my codes which is why I’m assuming there has been a technical issue or something and why I still haven’t had the email? When I’ve asked for assistance (three separate times) All I get is “they’ll be with you soon” & “you should expect to have have them within 24 hours” ect. 4 days has passed but still nothing?
