Hi there. Are you playing on the same platform you purchased Forsaken? DLCs cannot be transferred by Cross Save.

由GrundleBeans編輯: 1/15/2023 5:51:05 AMThat sounds like you may have pre-ordered then cancelled or requested a refund. If you know you didn't do that, check your D2 game add-ons from your Xbox dashboard to see if it's installed. If it is, try restoring your license. If that doesn't work or you don't have Forsaken in the list of add-ons, contact Xbox Support.

Xbox controls your licenses and only they have the ability to give or take them. Do you see Forsaken installed in your D2 add-ons? Have you been using Xbox game sharing? From your dashboard, go to the Xbox store page for Forsaken. Does the button to purchase say "Buy"?

Try going to the game on your Xbox dashboard & select 'nanage game & add ons' click destiny 2 game at the top, next page shows all the expansions, it'll be unchecked, tick the boxes you can & choose save changes, it'll install a 10mb update & you're good ;) Put the beer in the post :))

由GrundleBeans編輯: 1/16/2023 7:48:15 AMDid you use Xbox Game Pass? Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light were made available to Game Pass subscribers to rent for free until December 2021. Despite all of those being removed from Game Pass, installed files were not automatically removed, which would explain why you saw Forsaken in your add-ons, but the store shows you don't own it. If you were getting Forsaken through Game Pass, you would need to now purchase the Forsaken Pack to regain access. If you have a receipt of your purchase, check for any record of a refund in your transactions with Xbox or your bank. If there was no refund, contact Xbox Support again.
