i just reshaped my Sailspy Pitchglass LFR with enhanced Rapid Hit and enhanced Voltshot. It did not grant me the gold border. Ik that's just a cosmetic thing these days, but still -- whats up with that? does it need lv 20 or something? I thought two enhanced perks was all it took. It is currently lv 16 aotop
