The emblems don’t usually just “pop up” in your character to collect. They go into your collections and you have to go in and make the emblem to have it reflected as a “new” emblem.

They don’t show in your collections? Digital reward emblems have always populated there for me when I get them. Then I have to go into my collection, create the emblem and then it appears on my “new gear” list and I can then use the emblem.
