I completed Duality dungeon flawlessly with a full fireteam twice. today and yesterday. fresh games, no quits/disconnects, no error codes, no deaths, no glitches, flawless you can see in the dungeon report also checked in the app no deaths. got Flawless Thoughtstealer, Solo Thoughtstealer but not Perfected Thoughtstealer. and the other guys didn't get Perfected Thoughtstealer either, but got everything else. it has to be bugged right?
