Ionic traces don't give super energy anymore. They can't be picked up by fireteam members, amplified and speed booster is only good for going place to place and cannot be given to allies. Lightning weave Isn't even a verb and is only on one fragment that is activated on melee and its only for self only. arc soul is no better off than before the rework happened also did you know that arc souls will shoot thing that they shouldn't shot can cause deaths or wipes and can't even build into its effectiveness for clearing adds. and don't get me started on the fragments they are so simplistic with very little synergy amongst each other this is in stark contrast of the solar 3.0 rework which was superb where you could build into every little facet of the subclasses and every build you made was strong, I was so excited for arc because of this as arc was my pet favorite this rework just made me sad
