Hi. This issue has been resolved. Players should now be able to convert their Spectral pages into Manifested Pages and complete the rest of the intro quest.

Thanks. You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url] and then play another activity to see if pages will drop for you. Additionally, please be sure that your Inventory isn't full.
