i think in the relm of rock paper siccors its as balance as it can be.
Hunters are DPS
Titans are the speedy tank add clear
warlocks are healers.
Warlock dragon ball z move cant be buff tell they figure out the lag advantage people problem.

Warlocks used to be healers now everyone can heal. The only thing Warlocks have healing wise that others don't is the Well and that's 1 super out of many. One single super does not make Warlocks healers. PS I was really hoping for a healing turret with solar 3.0 would give Warlocks a bit of their identity back IMHO. Also you can't really call warlocks healers when it is 1 out of 4 subclasses. I'd be fine with them leaning more into Warlocks as healers just isn't where they are at now.

But with the amount of exotics in the game and how they interact with aspects and fragments, not all of them can be for a specific role. If you build it right there are options for support, tank, and damage on all classes.
