Can you elaborate on your issue a bit, as you were able to make this post, I am unsure of what the issue you are experiencing is.

The system requires the specific account you are attempting to post from to own a qualifying expansion (Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, or Witch Queen). It does not count if you have a separate purchasing account or game share.
