Pinnacle Gear Question
I haven't found the answer to this anywhere, hopefully somebody can give me some sort of feedback to this and apologies in advance if I just missed an explanation / answer to this somewhere. Yesterday I ran through a few things to get some pinnacle gear, vanguards, gambit, etc. but when I got the reward, it was not increase in power level compared to what I had. I was at power level 1588 (with 15 coming from artifact), every piece of gear I had was at minimum 1573, some of it was 1574 but the "pinnacle reward" I got was the same level as the items I already had. example: my boots that were 1573 and the pinnacle reward was boots that were 1573.
I've never noticed this happen before and it happened 2-3 rewards in a row yesterday and I don't know if this is normal or if something was busted or what? Anybody have any insight by chance?

13 回覆your increase # from the artifact does not mean you'd get a 1588 as a pinnacle, that just helps you access higher end content. yes you are experiencing normal light level gains, which can be frustrating when like you said, I have boots got more boots and no gain to really see quicker light level gain, I would suggest raiding at least once a week for that's a +2 drop or any other +2 activity which include; Kings Fall raid + weekly raid, 100k nightfall, Vox Obscura(powerful cabal kill), Master Wellspring, 100k story mission, Iron Banner bounties, Psi ops 10 champion kills, 100k DoE, and GoA(only one of the final boss drops) are all +2 pinnacle drops. then run your strikes. gambit, crucible for +1's to balance your stuff for the following week
