Honestly, I hope not. Never got Gjally to drop in D1, but I did get about 12 of these useless DooDoo’s Breath “exotic” rocket launchers.
Maybe if they buff it and make it actually useful to anything that can move out of its tiny area of effect. But the stuff we have now completely outclasses what it was.

Might work for Oryx because he doesn’t move, but there are plenty of targets that can simply walk away from its area of effect. Although to be fair, Bungie has done a nice job of enhancing D1 exotics to fit in this sandbox. Maybe they fix it somehow? Plus, ngl, I’m still salty at that thing for dropping so many times while Gjally never did! Lol.
