Tells me this anytime I try to purchase silver. I am on Xbox Series X and if I try to purchase silver directly from the Microsoft Store it tells me “Oops, not sure what happened there. Please try again later”. There is more than enough money on the payment method I’m trying to use and I tried others to be sure. I reset my Xbox and cleared its cache and I reset my router. I called my debit card company and they verified the charge was never attempted at all. WTF??
