Not sure if some arabic hacker patched something in into the Xbox network to lead to a scam screen on the platform or if this is just a store bug on xbox side... But fact remains that my console is set to english and german store region and I for sure won't buy silver as long as the store displays a language I can't read. You might want to get in contact with Microsoft, Bungie.
