At certain points during the Shadowkeep campaign you will be told to meet up with Eris, but she will not be at her usual spot across from the Lectern of Enchantment. At times like these you might see a portal nearby which you can step through; explore the area beyond and you should be able to find her. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
