what's the general thoughts on high-energy fire?
doing my first round of build crafting™ as a returning player, and my general idea is to keep my damage buffed through a mix of radiant from Solar 3.0, and the use of orb mods like harmonic siphon, taking charge, and high-energy fire.
so I ask, as someone who doesn't know, are the mods in question generally considered worth the effort?
