I understand your frustration, feeling like you are the only one doing work is hard, BUT, let's look at it from another point of view. For people like me who have ABSOLUTLY NO INTREST IN CRUCIBLE, we get stuck playing it because Bungie locks Achievements, Weapons, Armor and Seals behind Crucible. (PvP exclusive or PvE exclusive is fine, but mixing them is a pain and just plain unnecessary) I have about a dozen Exotic quests on my titan alone, still waiting to be completed, because I just can't deal with Crucible. (I hate it, I absolutely HATE Crucible and gambit is even worse) I honestly don't care about putting in any effort or bailing mid match and getting locked out as long as I completed my objective. After that, I'm out of there faster than a fat kid runs out the door after they heard the cake store was having a buy one get one free sale. If bungie would remove the "Crucible Requirements" in this game, my guess is, you would be a lot happier, because all that would be left are the players that want to be there.
