You haven't really offered an alternative? You acknowledge that Abuse is bad, and that it's a very small group of people that are doing so. But you don't go on to say anything else that might help to deal with that small group... Work together? How? The 'good' players were still around when staff were being doxxed and harassed, how does being together help? Secondly, we still get a twab, and input from select staff, so it's not entirely accurate to call it radio silence either. I don't necessarily disagree with your message, I just don't see a solution that deals with terrible people, and keeps staff from getting harassed
