You haven't really offered an alternative?
You acknowledge that Abuse is bad, and that it's a very small group of people that are doing so.
But you don't go on to say anything else that might help to deal with that small group...
Work together? How? The 'good' players were still around when staff were being doxxed and harassed, how does being together help?
Secondly, we still get a twab, and input from select staff, so it's not entirely accurate to call it radio silence either.
I don't necessarily disagree with your message, I just don't see a solution that deals with terrible people, and keeps staff from getting harassed

You're saying that alienating themselves ultimately serves no purpose, I think? Except they will not be getting harassed online by people in the future. If you want Bungie to work with the community you need to have a solution that deals with Employees getting abused, if you don't have one, then they should continue to stay separate from the community?

Well, I'm more of saying that in a community that Bungie has tried to foster and connect themselves with, alienating themselves does not help in that regard. It is also minimally helpful in preventing harassment. If someone wants to harass an employee, they don't do it just because of Twilight Garrison or some crap. They do it because they are cruel, and gain some level of enjoyment from it.

well, the connect with only people they like in this community, streamers i guess? I mean they're listening, they just wont be communicating with us anymore. Oh well, good for them, too many -blam!- in this community to be honest.
