  • So in Duality you know by heart the timer of the damage phase (endboss)? In VoG you know by heart when you are the chosen one to be trapped? You always know when you picked up an elemental well for dmg boost? You know by heart that your teammate made you radiant? You always know when Firing lane is active ? Even in GM raids when the radar is deactivated? There are so many situations where you often just don't get the needful information which cannot be handled only by priotization or knowing them by heart.

Those usually have indicators unique to the activity. Atheon damage phase has the "Guardians make their own fate" in the feed on the bottom left as well as the "time's vengeance" timer on screen. Plus your weapons glow. Those are the exception. Those are fine. What im saying is we dont need so much text cluttering up the screen. Now sure, they COULD rehaul the feed and just make all the buffs present on screen with their respective logo, but at the end of the day we realistically don't have THAT many buffs or debuffs active at any given time that they need a whole corner of the screen dedicated to them.

  • partly agree for buffs coming from ur own loadout. not agree regarding buffs from game mechanics or from team-mates, especially in LFGs w/o comms partly for loadout, because buffs in D2 tend also to bug out, so often you don't have it, although you should. so, you can NOT always rely on your knowledge
