You’ve apparently never played other rpgs where buff/debuff stacking are a thing. It’s to know when to reapply it, so you can keep track of all of them at a time rather than just keeping mental notes or just spamming all abilities cause you can’t tell when the buffs/debuffs go away. Granted it’s not like other rpgs where it’s more important, but it still would be a big change for lots of people use to it
