make second chance 1 hit the barrier champion to stun in GM content. additionally the shield throw fantasy should be endless in my opinion, in other words make it so when you detonate a volatile enemy you get 30% melee energy for each volatile detonation. middle tree banner shield used to give energy for volatile detonations. and it didn't break pvp. hitting 3 enemy with a shield means we could get 90% back and use it constistently agains barrier champions. could be as good then as ursa or heart of inmost light. additionally it's hard to throw the shield so it reaches further enemies, maybe buff it's tracking/throwvelocity/throw distance in pve so we can hit the target more easily.
