Go into your game management options and see if you need to manually download the licences again.
If that does not work you need to contact Microsoft XBL support as they not Bungie control game licences.

And if you did read the other comments correctly, you would have seen that this method has already been tried and did not work. No I seen people kinda of saying what was in the link I provided. Their instructions were incomplete and vague where the link I provided gives detailed instructions on what to do. If doing what is in the link doesn't resolve your problem then for some reason you have lost your licenses. I saw nobody state anything about checking the actual Microsoft store like what is in the link. Which is why u provided the link. It gives more things to try than what was being suggested in the round about obscure manner in which I was reading. Hopefully you get it figured out. You don't have to worry about me wasting your time asking if it is resolved or trying to help any further.
