I can't claim any of the digital bonus rewards like hlimmer and the umbral engram. My email was verified with all necessary boxes checked and all notification preferences correct and it still says I need to update email preferences when I click "Claim rewards." I switched to a different email and verified it, same result. My phone number is verified, I'm linked to the Bungie store app, signed up for Bungie Rewards, and linked my account to my PS4 platform when I created it. Nothing works, please fix this.
