Hey there!
When you go to Ikora, what does it show for that character when hovering over the fragments?
Also: Were you able to buy and use the fragments on another character? As these are character-bound, it would be good to know if it affects all characters.

Before it would show that I had already purchased them. It only affected my hunter and I was able to purchase them on my other characters. But it seems to have been sorted. I may have missed a fix for this in a patch since I've seen some others have similar issues.
