Overload Champions need a nerf!

Of all the champions in Destiny 2 Overload Champions are the most broken. They spam abilities, have ridiculous health regeneration (not even freezing them will stop them from healing an entire health bar in 2 seconds), and recover very quickly from being stunned with anti-overload (you basically have to constantly keep hitting them with anti-overload damage in order to keep them from healing back to full). Some chase you around like an unstoppable champion (looking at you overload minotaur), others simply teleport around like Tracer from Overwatch to avoid getting hit with any anti-overload damage (that is why overload captains are the worst champion in all of Destiny). It's manageable and even fun to deal with these champions in lower level content but once you get into higher level content they really get annoyingly broken since it's much harder to finish them off after stunning them. That's why I propose that they get some minor tweaks to make them a little easier to deal with and to open up the possibilities for future overload champion mods. First, they need to be little more fragile after being stunned (had a stunned overload captain tank an entire blade barrage and survive with a sliver of health after which he completely healed and killed me), think paper tiger. Second, there needs to be a larger delay in health regeneration (this is essential if you're ever going to have slower firing weapons use anti-overload munitions). And third, health regeneration rate needs to be turned down a tad bit so if you goof up a little bit you aren't starting at square one again. I'm not asking for overload champions to be made irrelevant, just a little more manageable.
