Bug Report S17 (5/30/2022) Inconsistent Sunspot creation on ability kills.
Season of the Haunted bug report. Tested on 5/30/2022 in EDZ lost sector. Kills from Solar abilities on Sunbreaker do not always create new Sunspots. Unsure if there is a cooldown that is not listed between them spawning, or if this is indeed a bug.
