Cannot Play Witch Queen

Hello! I purchased the witch queen 30th anniversary deluxe edition, the $100 One. I purchased this back in March and have not been able to play the content yet. Whenever I try to load into the game, I get the error “For this, the owner needs to sign in” and tells me to sign in as the original owner in order to launch the game. I am the only profile on my Xbox and I purchased this signed into my Xbox account in the store. I have tried several things, and contacted xbox support several times. Some things I have done are factory reset my console, uninstall and reinstall the entire destiny 2 game, verified my purchase on billing and on my console, changed and reset numerous settings on Xbox and my internet, signed in and out, you name it. I have reached out to Xbox and have done the extent of what their troubleshooting steps are and they have led me here. The weird thing is some of my friends have signed into my account on their Xbox and can load In just fine. Has anyone encountered this before? I am really trying to remedy this and any advice or solutions would be much appreciated! This has been an ongoing issue for weeks and I would like to play destiny soon! Cheers.
