Grand Overture is Horrible!!!
Grand Overture = worst Linear Fusion Rifle + worst Machine Gun!!! Great Stats bad implementation!!!

It's really not supposed to be a DPS monster. All exotics are usually designed to have a gimmick and just be niche fun to mess with. I'm sure we have all dreamed of using a cabal colossus launcher. Would have made more sense if it came as a missile backpack though.
