With the exception of Suros weapons (Suros Synergy perk) and Snorri (Reservoir Burst) why is it on any other gun? We already have Outlaw, Feeding Frenzy and Rapid Hit to choose from. It is only active for +70% of full magazine which means 70% of the mag is none optional, making the perk useless otherwise. Imo an alternative perk proc would be diminishing returns until empty mag/per bullet shot rather than absolutely nothing below 70%!
