Good Day, I know this is a long shot, but I have to try. Last December 16, 2021 our hometown (Cebu, Philippines) was hit by Super Typhoon Rai (locally named Typhoon Odette). The strength of the winds was incredibly strong that it toppled a lot of Electric posts. We didn't have Electricity, Running Water, and internet for over a month. I would hope that Bungie would consider giving us the Bright Dust that we were not able to collect on a weekly basis since December 16, 2021.
