TLDR; I still haven't unlocked 2 stasis fragments and Exo Stranger doesn't offer a new memory fragment quest after each weekly reset although I have no memory fragment quest active. Hello, I've been posting this same issue many times, and still hasn't been resolved since Season of the Chosen. I am currently locked out from the last 2 stasis fragments (Whisper of Conduction/Impetus) because Exo Stranger doesn't give me the memory fragment quest although I've checked with her every week. I've checked that I don't have any active fragment quest including inside the quest archive. Also, there are no memory fragments in my inventory, vault, and postmaster. I've screenshotted all of these in the link above for you to see. I understand that you are trying your best to fix all the bugs but please at least acknowledge this ongoing old bug in the Known Issue.
