Moon destination material all gone
Hey everyone, I just opened a couple of dawning presents, got some Helium Filaments, wanted to check my inventory on how many I had, and had to realize that all my 5000 Helium Filaments have literally just disappeared to thin air. I now only have like 30, which I got from the presents. This sucks tremendously as I worked many months towards having over 5000 of these materials. Hopefully, someone can help me recover them soon. I also restarted my game and checked my post,aster, they're not there.

Unfortunately whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized account access, Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items, and does not replace in-game items that are lost or dismantled. Bungie does not provide the following services: * Restoration of deleted characters * Recovery of dismantled, scrapped, deleted, or otherwise discarded items * Recovery of mistakenly Infused items * Recovery of items lost due a Character's Postmaster being full * Recovery of items lost due to Player Inventories being full * Restoration of access to items or content gained through game sharing * Refunding in-game currencies on accidental purchases * Refunding Silver or transferring Silver between platform accounts, Destiny releases, or inactive accounts in any capacity * Transferring items or characters between platform accounts or inactive accounts in any capacity [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211[/url]
