Careful there sir or madam, the modern world and modern society doesn't take kindly to backwards thinking like that. It's not progressive. Qualification based hiring may negatively impact potential workers from underrepresented communities. Instead you should base hiring decisions upon a quota of equal proportion of race and gender. Obviously that is the most equitable solution that absolutely does not cheapen each person and make their color or orientation matter more than their skills or worth to the company's interests. No sir this is more fair and in no way negative! If you disagree then you must be some sort of *insert -phobe or -ist here* and need to be canceled off of all social media, doxxed and harassed until you conform to the new way of thinking.
