How…? It’s average at best in PvE and shoulder charge spamming in PvP is literally one of the easiest things in the game to completely shut down.

This right here ^^, by no means is the skullfort op, yeah your melee recharges on shoulder charge kill yes, but you actually have to get a kill first and if you trade you still lose the melee charge, also you have to be running for it to work or in the air, at least for top and middle tree, don't know many people who run with bottom tree. I love shoulder charge and yes I've been stomped 9/10 times in pvp and I still run with it, why? Cause I like it and its a good option (for me at least) to thin out a group and make them spread out. In pve its a good ad control exotic, but there are better exotics out there honestly, so no, in no way is it op.
