Hey there. Are you referring to your Steam roster or PlayStation roster?
If this is on Steam, only Steam friends will show up online in your clan's roster.

Hi Help6! This same issue is happening to me on my new seriesX (I’m fairly certain it was working fine on my 1x….can hop back on it if needed). My clan has 80+ members, but i only see 2 pages of people on the clan roster on seriesx.

Thanks for the update. Could you provide a video or screenshots of this occurring so we can look into it further? A YouTube, Twitter, or [url=https://imgur.com/]Imgur.com[/url] link would be the best way for us to view it. Also, just to make sure I'm following, when you say that someone "appearing offline" joins you, you're referring to the game's roster, NOT the player's online status, correct?

Sorry for the late reply. Here is video footage. Something has changed… once they have joined and then leave. They stay online until I log out of the servers and back on again. But also at the end of the video I highlight another clan member playing with clan members who don’t appear online for me. https://youtu.be/a25EtagCOok

Not the case. I play with these people and more on a regular basis. It seems like people whom I have on my psn friends list appear online in the roster. But those whom aren’t, appear offline.. except for a random small handful of people. I have been dealing with this since December 2020.
