Drop rate is fine, it’s a rare drop so of course you need to do it more than once.

Dude people can see your play history. No you haven’t. You’ve done the mission less than a dozen times since it released. That’s not enough for you to claim bad drop rate. Come back when you’ve done it at least 30 times and don’t have it, not 10.

You can’t farm the ship drop. I see you foolishly were doing the cheese but the ship drop is attached to the use of the charge for the celebrant. You only get one shot per character per week. So no, you didn’t farm it, it can’t be farmed.
