And? That post clearly indicates it wasn’t the person who was being offended but their brother. Of course they weren’t in the clan. They are posting on behalf of someone else. Regardless, the name was deemed offensive because it had the appearance (and in my opinion actually was) of being about someone else.

The person who was banned was the one who made the new clan name two days before they were banned. They dont have any siblings and they were banned for going on a tirade about african-americans and minorities. Again we know each other IRL and we hang out with each others family so unless in the past 20 years his single mother popped out a child and hid it from me this whole time there is no 'brother'. I understand it appeared offensive but the joke is literally about me...

I’m not sure you can convince me or others that the name was made by him & about him.....short of having it in writing that he says it was about himself specifically. Regardless, it’s now about an ex clan member & would still fall into the harassment guidelines since it’s about someone else (not you).

The name is about me not him... he created the clan name so we could all poke fun of me. as I stated before in another reply: "We all talk and play together daily and some clan members even share the name (one other current and other just left 2 days ago) and loved it and joked about it all the time. We had one member who left recently who also shared the same name but they were also the person who came up with the clan name (4 days ago) before they were removed two days ago. The member was removed after going on a racist rant about african-americans, Puerto Ricans and other minorities before we called him out on it. Since we pride ourselves as an IRL buddy group that we like to keep positive or goofy we cut communications and removed him for his racist rant. We don't tolerate racism, ant-Semitism or LGBT discriminations." I have proof of his racist tirade as I have some of the texts on FB saved but than it will be challenged with "prove they are the same person" which unless I expose his personal information (WHICH I WONT) I cant prove.
