PERKS: Fighting Spirit (killing an opponent while sustaining damage increases damage output by 5 for four seconds. Time is renewed with each kill.), Flee, Guardian! (sustaining damage and running in the opposite direction of your foe for about 4 yards gives you a healing buff for four seconds.).
HOW TO EARN CATALYST: Complete quest from Shaxx titled “Overcoming Weaknesses.”
CATALYST: Impact increased to 75, range increased to 80. New Adrenaline perk (defeating an opponent with melee final blows dramatically increases reload speed for three seconds Does not stack.)
LORE: Push-ups. Sit-ups. Curl-ups. Pull-ups. Chin-ups. Crunches. Marathons. Protein shakes. Remind you of anything?
Hardcore workouts, man. Nothing more relaxing than slamming your fists into a punching bag after losing in the Crucible to get all your anger out. Nothing like it.
Some say working out is therapeutic. I agree with them. Others say it’s a lot of work. I agree with them as well.
My strategy is to work out precisely thirty minutes before I jump into a match of Control. That way, I’m super pumped up and ready for some action.
I get some hardcore adrenaline after working out. You know what that is, adrenaline? Some call it the fight or flight hormone.
