Is bright dust shortage a teenager issue? I swear I couldn’t care less about it. I have 85k of it just sitting there and only use it for an emote I want or an ornament I want on an item I use. Otherwise it’s just totally useless to me.

No I do. I’m generally curious because it’s been a hot topic for years now and I’ve always wondered if it’s an age issue. If it is that is totally fine. Younger people have brains that haven’t fully formed yet so I can see cosmetics being a bigger issue for them.

I have a lot of hours, and have pretty much always been bright dust broke. I pretty much only buy weapon and armor ornaments, and shaders with my bright dust. Almost never a sparrow, ghost shell, or emote. Only if I reeeeeally like it. I would counter by saying how the heck do you have so much bright dust? Have you bought everything you want from the store already and it piled up? Or do you just never buy anything with it?

I really don’t buy much. A lot of weeks I’ll even forget to check the store to see what’s there. I’ll preview an emote and most of the time just pass on it. Then I’ll look at the weapon ornament and if it’s for some useless weapon I won’t get it. That’s pretty much it.

Just because you don’t have this issue, it doesn’t means there’s no issue, the lad crunched some numbers to expose a issue for him that may affect many players alike him. And proposed a solution to it. You just came to add nothing. This is the classic mind set of the forums and it’s annoying “Hurr durr that doesn’t happen to me so your opinion is invalid”

Nvm. I just looked at your game history and it’s obvious you play waaaaay more than I do. You’re grinding out all 3 characters all day er’day. You’re the one with no life bubba. I just haven’t spend a lot of my bright dust since launch and it’s naturally just adding up. You are playing like you have no job and just sit there for hours on end. Be good to yourself.

I think you are missing the message of the post. Just the last 2 seasons the way bright dust has been cut for no apparent reason. They have never discussed cutting bright dust, they just have. Why? Like you I have over 30,000 but I feel that they are targeting players like us so eventually we won't have bright dust to buy items and have to use real money which in my opinion is real scummy. This season ornaments look awesome but they haven't put items for sell for bright dust. If they don't that will be another first which would be another scumbag move. I hope I am wrong on the last part.
