Xur still doesn't have the Exotic cypher quest? It's been an entire season where i got the thorn and then never could get an exotic cipher again other than the season pass. My friends say "surely they'll fix it with the new season" but they didn't. One cipher a season on all characters because Xur is still bugged. PLEASE FIX XUR!
