Ikelos HC and Posterity are the only 2 that are farmable. All the others are either complete RNG or unobtainable

yes because those are the only 2 hand cannons in the game you can reliably farm. Old Fashioned and Jack Queen King can no longer be obtained, so aside from them, there are only three 140s, none of which can be "farmed" as their drops are RNG, and you cannot repeatedly do an activity to get them over and over
