So D2 is going to become more RPG/MMO over time, everyone remember that gem? So far in this transition the Moon, EDZ, and Dreaming City have all become useless areas in the game due to Sunsetting as everything that drops in said areas are either sunset, or capped. So the response: Reissue on 4 pieces of gear. Well 3 really as 2 are rocket launchers which have been useless since D1. That is Bungie's half assed answer to make those areas become populated again.
