Shows how incapable they are of designing new weapons at the speed that sunsetting is taking them.

由Turt編輯: 1/16/2021 5:07:42 AMIf we got 1-2 mt top/recluse weapons every season, and they rotated out this quick i would be ok with the game. Pvp would be absolutely bonkers but pretty fun. More destiny but with less playtime will never be a good option
Games like this NEED weapon retirement in some form or else it will be forever boring. If I have the best guns in the game I wont ever have a reason to play in the future.
I absolutely agree. But this is going about it in the worst and laziest way possible. It is sincerely disappointing. They should have had an entire gun building plan in place before moving on to sunsetting our guns with diminishing returns.

That means bungie need to make weapons that give you a reason to chase that weapon that may be not the best in the game (really, what's the best in this game when every stat is the same with best perk being reload/damage?) but have something unique that makes you curious and want to try it

In D1 it was even worse, considering the fact exotics were taken away too. And hell no TTK didn’t add enough to justify it. Especially considering the fact that the game was basically completely stagnant for an entire year after that.

Wow, every vendor had weapons that were no different at all than the previous weapons. Not to mention KF probably had by far the worst raid loot to date and TTK even introduced a fair share of absolutely shit-tier exotics.

Lets just agree to disagree. This is a already a never ending debate. They are not going to get rid of weapon retirement so we might as we might as well try and work together to make the system better instead of of continuing the "sunsetting bad" trend that solves absolutely nothing.
