Re-earning the dreaming city gear for a 3rd time!
We had to get another roll when 2.0 came out and now they want us to re-earn the exact same gear set for a 3rd time?? What’s the point if it’s just going to be removed again in a few seasons?
It doesn’t increase the amount of rewards in the game it just decreases the incentive to keep on playing

由EnglishPete編輯： 1/16/2021 9:38:30 PMThe kicker is whether the 'new perks' are truly new, ones we haven't seen before and are only obtainable on these weapons (and are useful) or is it the same perks we have on other weapons already, just new to these weapons. The former is at least OK as the skins are the same, but they are truly new in function, the later is just blah. I'll do the grind a bit for the former, but not for the latter.

How power means absolutely nothing in this game nor progress so regarding gear is a pure waste of time. Let's make a looter shooter guys, but let's remove everything that makes a looter shooter. Bravo Bungie! Edit: Do you guys remember what a skill tree is? me neither...

2 回覆Bungie probably have seen the backlash to the TWAB yesterday and are thinking "We can never win, whatever we do they just complain and shout abuse at us!". This is it, Bungie, this is it. Having to earn the same gear for a 3rd time. You make decisions like this and it annoys the piss out of people. We said you should bring back the Moon/Dreaming City loot (and in a sense Tangled Shore/Nessus) so that people who paid for Shadowkeep/Forsaken have something they can earn and actually use from that paid content. You agree to do so, then produce a fraction of that loot with certain caveats (earn it again, old loot still sunset, no more masterworked moon armour). People are always mad at you because you always fall at the last hurdle. You take requests and either don't listen, or you do listen but only do half of what we asked. We asked for Moon/DC loot back, all of it, not just a few pieces, why are you like this? 2 rocket launchers out of 8 reissued weapons, really?

I grinded week after week doing all the activities to get a Reverie Dawn casque for my Hunter with Enhanced Hand Canon Targeting on. It took from Forsakens launch till 1 week before the end of season of opulence for me to get one to drop and it wasn’t even a god roll. It literally had 1 perk on that I wanted. I’m not going to be doing that again. In fact this whole sunsetting thing has killed a big part of the end game for me. No more multiple builds and experimenting with stuff because: 1. It cost ms to much to master work stuff. 2. It takes to long to acquire a entire set of armour with the stats I want that the first piece will likely be out of date before I’m ready to use it. Bravo Bungie!

3 回覆[quote]What’s the point if it’s just going to be removed again in a few seasons?[/quote] I mean, comparing and contrasting the previous state (you can only earn sunset gear from these areas) to the new state (some of the gear you earn can be infused the max light level) it seems strictly better? It might not be enough to lure you back to these areas, but it's nice for players like me who've come back to Destiny 2 after taking a break who would otherwise have to slog through a ton of sunset gear while clearing out triumphs and such.
