Hi there, I purchased the 1000+100 bonus silver pack yesterday through the Microsoft store. I effected a purchase for the Cloudstrike ornament. This was 700 silver and when I went to purchase something else I had no balance left. I purchased another silver pack later in the evening, purchased something else and there was remaining silver. I'm still out 400 silver, please advise, thanks in advance,
