I have a feeling the only people that really hate it are people that main shotguns and shoulder charge. It definitely punishes you if you run in a straight line at the enemy.... I save my melee for rushers or if I'm out numbered.
You're gonna have to make smarter plays.
I still don't think you should be able to freeze supers unless it's with a super though....but hey now you know how annoying suppressor grenades can be.

Sorry Buddy. Wrong about that 100%. I'm a Titan that hates using either. ARs, Scouts and Pulse rifles are my preferred armaments. And yet, I still get non-stop frozen, especially on re-spawn. The spawn trapping is part of the issue though, but 100% Stasis should have NEVER been part of the Light Bearer's arsenal in crucible. No fun. At all. IMO.

Not being dramatic mate. Simply stating my gameplay experience since BLI played a few Control Games earlier with my best mate, and was frozen to buggery for most of the matches. Just the luck I have had, and as for doing something wrong, could you please point that one out? I usually get frozen on re-spawn or when capturing zones. Other times it's when I am rounding a corner to get to my team mates and instead of Felwinter's Lie (LOL) I get ice-walled/ninja-starred by a Hunter off-radar. What am I doing wrong by playing the game as a Solar Titan?

If you don't die they can't kill you at respawn. Seriously though without watching you play i can't say for sure, but you're probably pushing too much if I had to guess. Just pick a spot on the map and focus on controlling that spot.

Thanks for the advice, I usually do but it often means being isolated and group whacked by the opposition....tried that and will get 1-2 kills but it also means near-immediate death and re-spawned. Staying mobile and close to team-mates seemed to be the best option. But you know what these dang ice grenade things do to groups.... Would love to go undefeated the whole match, but hey. I only did it twice in 6 years. Thanks for the feedback though.

Its all good. Extrapolate that out though. Now when you're moving to a new area, that's the area you're controlling. We shouldn't push very often, because we don't have to. Let your team push. You'll have to rotate eventually. You never want to push into an area that has enemies alive in it unless you have a plan to kill everyone in that area. Stay one area back from the room everyone is dying in basically and rotate with your team. The game slows down a lot if you do that. I just spent months learning m&k on an old system that was running 20 fps. Crucible sucked for me for a long time.... but that's the point of learning, we only learn from failure really.

I find it so ironic, since I am 100% a shoulder charging shotgun ape and I feel like I rarely get frozen (given I’m using at least some brain power and not just mindlessly charging in). I feel like I’m doing most of the freezing to be honest haha
