Hey, little update to help you investigating if not found already. I now believe it also puts my Empathic Ghost Shell in the Vault in addition to the Lure. (~80% sure) Could be nothing or something else intirely but thought I might share it aswell. Ghost Shell is LVL10 with the following Perks, Blinding Light, Meager Glimmer Booster and Prosperity (Crucible). Hope this helps you finding the Bug.
